Can be set up, amended and paused/cancelled as needed within the boundaries of our cut off times.

Cut off is 10am, notice period is 3 full days for pastry, rolls/brioche & sliced loaves and 2 full days for whole loaves - notice period applies to new orders & any amendments/cancellations. As all of our products are made by hand, we are not able to make any amendments to orders once the cut off time has passed

Unfortunately this is not something we are able to offer due to the lead time for production.

This is our online ordering system that enables our wholesale partners to amend their orders themselves, giving them more control over their ordering

This is something we can help with; one off orders can be placed via email to wholesale@hoxtonbakehouse.com, you do not need to set up a customer account with us to place a one off order
PLACING YOUR ORDER

Wholesale partners are encouraged to provide these wherever possible, particularly for the first few deliveries.

There is a minimum wholesale order for free delivery: £20, delivery charges will be determined by distance from the bakery

Very helpful if possible; keys are stored securely in a locked safe in the office.

We currently deliver to wholesale partners in Hampshire, Surrey, West Berkshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex and Dorset. We are always looking to expand our routes so please get in touch to see how we are help you.

In order to become a Hoxton wholesale partner you must first complete account form; it’s a Google Form that gets sent over email, typically takes around 5 mins to complete, we need this to be completed before we are able to issue any orders.

Our credit control team will discuss this with you during the process of setting up your account
