SOURDOUGH WORKSHOPS

sourdough bread classes start SUNDAY THE 31ST OF MARCH                                 

We will be running our sourdough workshops on the last Sunday of each month starting March 2019

Workshops run for 4 hours / £85 per person 

 

tricks of the trade 

  • You will mix a 2k dough by hand and learn the sourdough process of mixing, resting,

       Autolysing, bulk fermentation and cold proving your dough.

  • Baking country loaves and scoring the dough with a razor blade.

       Baking your own sourdough pizza for lunch. 

  • How to maintain your sourdough culture at home.

  • Workshop is suitable for all levels
