We will be running our sourdough workshops on the first Monday of each month starting February 2019
Workshops run for 4 hours / £85 per person

You will mix a 2k dough by hand and learn the sourdough process of mixing, resting,
Autolysing, bulk fermentation and cold proving your dough.
Baking country loaves and scoring the dough with a razor blade.
Baking your own sourdough pizza for lunch.
How to maintain your sourdough culture at home.
