SOURDOUGH WORKSHOPS

CLASSES START IN MARCH 2019                                 

We will be running our sourdough workshops on the first Monday of each month starting February 2019

Workshops run for 4 hours / £85 per person 

 

tricks of the trade 

  • You will mix a 2k dough by hand and learn the sourdough process of mixing, resting,

       Autolysing, bulk fermentation and cold proving your dough.

  • Baking country loaves and scoring the dough with a razor blade.

       Baking your own sourdough pizza for lunch. 

  • How to maintain your sourdough culture at home.

  • Workshop is suitable for all levels
